Tamara Jeffress

Quality Assurance Specialist

My vocational background is in customer service and includes owning, operating, and growing 2 successful businesses.

In 2015, after spending 6 years in the home raising my 2 beautiful children whilst my husband worked offshore, I commenced a change in career paths and studied and gained qualifications in Human Resources.

I started in my Role as People and Culture manager at Wandiyali in 2016. My role includes values-based leadership in the areas of strategic HR planning, overseeing organisation development, employee support, industrial relations, recruitment, and onboarding, learning and development and HR policies, systems, and processes.

I am proud to have been involved in the change in workplace culture that has occurred at Wandiyali over the years, and am highly driven to uphold a welcoming, supportive, harmonious workplace where meaningful positive outcomes for clients, families and children are the drivers to all that we do.

I feel privileged and grateful to be part of the Wandiyali leadership team and am looking forward to the ongoing growth and development of every aspect of the organisation.
