Going Home Staying Home

Going Home Staying Home » Intervention Program

The Going Home Staying Home (GHSH) Program is an early intervention program that supports young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged between 14 and 24 years in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stepsons communities who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide support to young people by assisting them to find short-term, Meduim-term and long-term accommodation. Additionally, support is provided to maintain tenancies and build independent living skills.

Referrals can be made by self-referral, community and services.
