 Key Role Responsibilities

The Carer Support Worker (Assessor) is responsible for assisting with the assessments of potential OOHC Carers as well as evaluating whether children and young people are suitably placed when entering care or transitioning to alternate care.

The Carer Support Worker (Assessor) is responsible for supporting carers and conducting annual reviews on OOHC Carers and placements.
