The Surfest Wandiyali Indigenous Classic was held on 18 and 19 February at Nobby’s Beach and Merewether Beach.

Finalists for each division were:

Juniors – Noah Munro

Womens – Leilani Smith

Mens – Russ Molony

Congratulations to all of our finalists, and special ‘Congratulations’ to Russ, taking out his 10th title at the event!

Special mention and thanks goes to Stan Moylan for his organisation and contribution to the event, Uncle Kevin McKenny for his Welcome to Country, Jacqui Allen for singing the national anthem in language, ‘Street Warriors’ Abie & Wok Wright for their great performance, and the Worimi Dancers.
